Dexis Development is expanding and looking for a motivated Junior Recruiter / HR Specialist to help scale our engineering teams across the UK, EU, Germany, and the Middle East.

Responsibilities

  • Full-cycle IT recruitment (sourcing → screening → coordination)
  • Search candidates on LinkedIn, job boards, and communities
  • Conduct initial interviews and prepare candidate summaries
  • Maintain ATS, databases, and reports
  • Support HR processes: onboarding, check-ins, feedback
  • Help organize team events and internal communication

Requirements

  • 0.5–1 years of experience in IT recruitment or HR
  • Strong sourcing skills & understanding of tech roles
  • Good communication and interviewing skills
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS
  • English: Intermediate+
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented

Nice to Have

  • Experience in outstaffing/outsourcing companies
  • Basic understanding of PM/QA/Dev roles
  • Knowledge of HR processes and documentation
  • Ability to work with metrics and KPIs
