Zusammenfassung
A leading design and manufacturing firm in Cheltenham is seeking a Quality Control and Metrology Specialist. You will provide quality control support and promote a culture of compliance across the business while working closely with production and engineering teams. Ideal candidates should possess hands-on metrology experience and proficiency in relevant measurement tools. Competitive compensation and support for professional development are offered.

- Experience programming and using key metrology tools.

- Provide quality control and metrology support.
- Share best practices in measurement with teams.
- Analyze data to report quality metrics.

You’ll be part of a team that supports the design, engineering, and manufacturing of products, balancing quality, compliance, and customer expectations.
- Early shift: Monday to Friday, 06:00 to 14:00
- Late shift: Monday to Thursday, 14:00 to 23:30
- Providing timely quality control and metrology support to operations and the wider UK Supply business.
- Sharing best practices in measurement and metrology with production, engineering, and global quality teams.
- Supporting the rollout of MES and expansion of machining processes.
- Analyzing data to report quality metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
- Promoting a culture of quality and compliance across the business.
- Communicating quality successes and risks to leadership and stakeholders.
- A solid understanding of manufacturing or industrial processes, tools, and techniques.
- Hands‑on experience with metrology equipment and systems.
- Proficiency in Office 365 and general computer literacy.
- Experience guiding stakeholders on metrology techniques.
- Experience programming and using key metrology tools such as CMM and surface measurement systems.
