£32,000, £16.86ph

Contract length

12 months initially

Shift Patterns

All 36.5 hours per week, Monday -Thursday and Friday 08:30 - 15:45

Responsibilities

For the Quality Specialist role within manufacturing:

  • Liaising with operations team day to day
  • Data crunching
  • Handling events

For the Quality Specialist role in product development (R&D):

  • Liaising with customer technical support team
  • More of a forward-thinking role
Essential requirements
  • Engineering degree or background of material science
  • Driving licence and access to own vehicle (due to the size and nature of the site)
  • Proven experience making decisions within a complex organisation
  • Strong verbal and written communication skill
  • Good IT literacy, especially with MS office including Word, Outlook, teams and Excel
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Capability of using own initiative and applying a proactive approach to tasks
