• Proven experience in warranty administration within an automotive dealership.
• Ability to provide technical support and manage repair progression.
• Great customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the claim process.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and guidance to technicians.
• Administer warranty and goodwill repairs, including claims and documentation.
• Manage the progression of the repair of customers' vehicles.
