A leading construction firm in London is looking for a Quality Coordinator to assist with scheduling and coordination tasks on-site. The ideal candidate should be organized, have a detailed understanding of project administration, and be skilled in IT, particularly MS Office. Responsibilities include tracking project deliverables, managing documentation, and supporting the Quality and Commissioning department.
Role and Responsibilities: Assisting with Scheduling and Coordination of the on-site Quality team. Support department with as building process. Track the flow of all documentation and project deliverables. Daily updating of trackers and registers. All other reasonable tasks assigned by the manager. Assisting with Build and control QA Turnover Packs. Assisting with Inspection Scheduling and Coordination of the on-site Quality team. Liaise with client and Dornan subcontractor Doc. Control to manage the status of review comments on Turnover Packs. Good document practice and technical review of all TOPS to ensure project deliverable requirements are being met. Support Quality and Commissioning department with as building process. Track the flow of all turnover documentation and project deliverables. Daily updating of Quality and Commissioning tag trackers and registers.
