Quality Engineer

We are recruiting for a Quality Engineer to work for our client who are located in Holmfirth/Huddersfield, West Yorkshire.

The Duties

• Inspection of high precision components
• In-process and Final Component Inspection
• Experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of ISO 9001
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• A can-do approach, with the ability to work on their own initiative
• CMM programming skills highly advantageous but not essential, training will be provided. (Mitutoyo MCosmos)
• Calibration system management
• First Article Inspection Reporting
• Document results and findings into QC system to ensure conformity and accuracy in the production process

Essential Experiences & Skills

• Minimum 2 years' experience working within a high precision manufacturing background
• Excellent communication skills

The Hours

You will work a day shift - Monday-Thursday 7.30am-4pm / Friday 7.30am-1.30pm

The Pay

• Annual salary of between £35k-£40k depending on experience
• Overtime @ time and half if required
