They should ensure the highest quality standards are achieved while making sure the department is efficient and the work runs smoothly. Duties & Responsibilities:- Follow instructions and monitor work practices to ensure that our products are refurbished to the agreed specifications.- Adhere to quality procedures following our quality guidelines.- Operate equipment and machinery responsibly, in line with the Health & Safety policy.- Scan work in and out of appropriate areas.- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.- Carry out specific production duties as and when required.- Be willing and able to be trained in all required skills to repair products.-Be willing to assist in other areas of the department and learn new skills. - Achieve turnaround targets and be reactive and positive to change.Team:-Participate in team meetings.-Work collaboratively with all key stakeholders. Culture:− Embrace and demonstrate the Mulberry values and behaviours: honesty, dynamism, and a community-oriented spirit.− Support Mulberry to deliver an inclusive culture, through behaving in a way that is open-minded and respectful towards others, and understanding that your views, opinions, and experiences may not always be shared by your colleagues.− Act as an ambassador for Mulberry and communicate positively about the brand.Sustainability:− As a certified B Corp business, it is important to incorporate environmentally responsible practices into your work wherever possible.
