We are seeking a QC Technician to join our team. The main responsibilities include:

1. Assisting with daily laboratory operations and equipment management.
2. Conducting physical testing on incoming chemicals, raw materials, and finished product samples.
3. Off-loading chemical tankers and ensuring timely delivery and supply to production lines, adhering to environmental, health, and safety policies.
4. Applying quality requirements effectively, understanding product critical characteristics and standards.
5. Testing products with precision tools, recording results, and supporting quality investigations.
6. Managing daily lab and tank farm operations, including testing and recording results.
7. Operating machinery and equipment safely and efficiently, performing basic maintenance, and adjusting machine settings as needed.

Ideal candidates will have:

• Strong team spirit and a positive attitude.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to respond quickly to problems.
• Awareness of ISO 9001, 14001, and 37301 standards.
• Flexibility and willingness to learn multiple areas.
• Ability to follow instructions and schedules.
• COSHH training or awareness.

Additional beneficial skills include knowledge of SAP, touchscreen technology, MS Office, factory or laboratory experience, forklift certification, and a full driving license.
