They should ensure the highest quality standards are achieved while making sure the department is efficient and the work runs smoothly. Duties & Responsibilities:- Follow instructions and monitor work practices to ensure that our products are refurbished to the agreed specifications.- Adhere to quality procedures following our quality guidelines.- Operate equipment and machinery responsibly, in line with the Health & Safety policy.- Scan work in and out of appropriate areas.- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.- Carry out specific production duties as and when required.- Be willing and able to be trained in all required skills to repair products.-Be willing to assist in other areas of the department and learn new skills. - Achieve turnaround targets and be reactive and positive to change.Team:-Participate in team meetings.-Work collaboratively with all key stakeholders. Promote equity, empathy and understanding and demonstrate this commitment within your internal and external communities.Skills & Experience required:- Able to identify problems both broadly and in-depth and plan accordingly, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional departments to solve problems. - Displays excellent attention to detail.- Enjoys being part of a team. - Displays a high level of functional expertise in own field and constantly updates knowledge to ensure expertise remains relevant e.g., QC knowledge of Mulberry products and materials.- Proven ability to understand and analyse and repair faults and share with relevant stakeholders.- Able to keep calm under pressure and always maintain a friendly and positive can-do attitude.- Desire to learn and understand all areas of the Lifetime Service Centre.
