Job Title: Creative Automation & Templatization Specialist

Location: London (Hybrid)

Contract

Purpose

The Creative Automation & Templatization Specialist is responsible for driving efficiency and consistency in global marketing asset production by designing scalable templates and implementing automation solutions.

This role ensures seamless integration across creative workflows (DAM and Workfront tools), leverages advanced tools including generative AI, and supports cross‑functional collaboration to optimise asset creation, localisation, and distribution.

Job Description
  • Design and maintain scalable templates for global marketing assets (static/animated, multiple sizes, product variations) using Adobe Stack and Creative Cloud Libraries.
  • Integrate templates seamlessly into marketing workflows, ensuring compatibility with tools such as Adobe Workfront and other process automation systems.
  • Manage asset distribution and synchronisation, coordinating with QC, transcreation, and localisation teams, as well as external agencies.
  • Leverage generative AI tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly API services, Google Vertex AI, etc.) to enhance content creation and drive efficiency in asset production.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to maintain brand consistency and optimise creative processes across markets.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, continuously exploring new tools and best practices to improve automation and workflow efficiency.
Key Skills & Experience
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (including Creative Cloud Libraries, Photoshop, Adobe Express) and familiarity with Adobe Firefly for generative AI applications.
  • Background in creative agency environments, with hands‑on experience in creative production and marketing asset development.
  • Proven experience in template design and asset management, ensuring scalability and consistency across global marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of workflow integration tools (e.g., Adobe Workfront) and process automation best practices.
  • Knowledge of localisation and transcreation workflows, including coordination with external agencies and internal stakeholders.
