Recruit4staff are representing a well-established manufacturing business in their search for a Senior Quality Manager to work in Hayes.

Job Details

Pay: Up to £69,000 per annum (Bonus: 12%, Company Car/Allowance)

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, Days role

Duration: Permanent

Benefits: Pension 8%, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, Private healthcare

Job Role: As the Senior Quality Manager, you will lead a quality team of five, including 2 Quality Managers and 3 Inspectors, across two sites in Heathrow and Tewksbury. Your focus will be on driving compliance, improving customer satisfaction, and embedding continuous improvement practices. You'll ensure delivery of high-quality products, develop and evolve quality systems, lead improvement initiatives, and maintain readiness for customer and regulatory audits.

Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in a Quality role at a senior or management level within a manufacturing environment
  • Working and audit knowledge relevant to accredited standards
  • Experience in a manufacturing/production environment with knowledge of industry standards and guidelines
  • Demonstrable experience in validating new equipment and processes
  • Project management and problem-solving skills (e.g., Six Sigma)
  • Excellent customer relations skills
