Our Quality Assurance

Our Quality Assurance plays a key role in upholding our commitment to food safety, regulatory compliance, and product quality across the estate. You will help develop and implement food safety programs, maintain compliance with relevant regulations, and encourage efforts to continuously improve our food safety practices. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to uphold the safety and quality of our products throughout their lifecycle.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support and develop our food safety and quality programs, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Monitor and report on quality metrics and food safety trends, implementing improvement actions where needed.
• Carry out QC checks, calibrate equipment, and coordinate sample analysis across production sites.
• Work with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve quality issues using root cause analysis.
• Educate and engage colleagues in food safety best practices, promoting a proactive and positive safety culture.

What we're looking for

• Experience in a similar Quality Assurance role, ideally within chilled food or drink manufacturing.
• Confident communicator who can work across all levels and departments.
• Strong attention to detail, numerate, and comfortable analysing quality data.
• Computer literate and able to collate and trend results efficiently.
• Understanding of HACCP, food safety, and health & safety standards.
• A proactive and self-motivated team player with a passion for continuous improvement.
• Bonus: experience driving change through audits, corrective actions, and cross-functional teamwork.
