A well-established manufacturing business in Wrexham is seeking a Quality Coordinator. You will ensure that manufactured products meet applicable regulatory standards. Skills

Previous experience in a similar role within a fast-paced manufacturing facility
Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS)
Working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015
Experience using quality management software (e.g., Q-Pulse)
Ability to manage CAPAs, deviations, OFIs, non-conformances
Strong Microsoft Excel skills

Education

Quality-related qualification: HNC / HND / Degree in Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, Science

Recruit4staff are representing a well‑established manufacturing business in their search for a Quality Coordinator to work in Wrexham.

Pay: Up to £35,000 per annum

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday on site, 8.30am to 5.00pm

Duration: Permanent

Benefits: Enhanced pension

Job Role: As a Quality Coordinator, you will provide guidance, support and technical expertise to ensure that manufactured products meet applicable regulatory standards and guidelines. Working within a fast‑paced environment, you will support the Quality Manager with daily tasks and administrate the Q‑Pulse quality system. You will also handle customer quality queries and ensure effective internal communication with the management team.

Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a similar role within a fast‑paced manufacturing facility
  • Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS)
  • Working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 (and ideally ISO 14001)
  • Experience using quality management software (e.g., Q-Pulse or similar)
  • Ability to manage CAPAs, deviations, OFIs, non‑conformances
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills (graphs, analysis, reporting)
Advantageous Skills, Experience, or Qualifications
  • Quality‑related qualification: HNC / HND / Degree in Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, Science, or similar
  • Lean / Six Sigma (Yellow or Green Belt)
