What will I be doing?

With an eye for detail and a passion for excellence as the supervisor to our team of HGV Technicians you’ll be hardworking with a commitment to the highest standards of vehicle safety. The position is a hybrid role working 50% in the workshop and 50% in the office.

Day to day you will:

• Be responsible for Job allocation to the team of technicians
• Conduct Vehicle QC checking and spot checks
• Work with our transport departments on vehicle availability
• Prioritize work to meet demands of the business
• Ensure cost control on parts and external maintenance
• Carry out equipment checks in line with policy
• Manage health and safety and internal health and safety reporting metrics

What you’ll bring to the role:

• Previous experience in a supervisory/team leader role is preferred
• A great communicator who can act as the bridge between the workshop and the office
• Your calm nature and methodical approach help you easily work under pressure
• A natural problem solver
• You’ll have great computer skills
• A Class one licence is advantageous
