A healthcare service provider in the UK is seeking a Substance Misuse Specialist Nurse to join their multi-disciplinary team. Responsibilities include developing care plans and assessing patient needs, while providing clinical and psychosocial interventions. Spectrum is recruiting a Substance Misuse Specialist Nurse who will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team in Health and Justice.
We’re looking for a registered nurse with excellent leadership skills and the ability to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders – from pharmacists and practitioners to NHS providers and services.
You’ll be an effective and visible leader for junior staff, maintaining high standards and ensuring adherence to all relevant policies and procedures.
With a person‑centred approach and a commitment to recovery, you’ll develop individual care plans based around comprehensive assessment and recovery planning.
As a confident communicator, you will thrive whilst carrying out assessments and feel at ease communicating the full range of treatment options to patients.
