An exciting opportunity for a Pastry Chefto join a successful company at their four star country house hotel which is also a stunning wedding venue. The property has a brasserie restaurant, upmarket bar, and afternoon tea room that have separate menus offering modern British dining all prepared from scratch using fresh, seasonal produce. There is also a large conference and banqueting department used by both corporate and leisure guests for functions and weddings. As Pastry Chef you will be joining a team of 10 talented chefs in the kitchen, this is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience and training.

Requirements:

CVs will be considered from Pastry Chefs, it is important that they highlight experience working in busy fresh food kitchens serving multiple dining operations and busy banqueting operations. A Pastry Chef who has the drive and ability to push forward standards, can show good team work and wants to learn and develop.

Due to the location of this property it is essential that applicants have access to their own transport
