Commercial Property Solicitor, NQ – 2 PQE, Legal 500 firm, Edinburgh Hybrid & Flexible working

We are recruiting for an excellent Legal 500 law firm with offices in Edinburgh and the regions. The firm has a new role for a Commercial Property Solicitor (NQ – 2 PQE) due to strong performance and growth over the last year.

What is the role?

They are seeking a Commercial Property solicitor, with relevant qualified experience to join their Commercial Property team, based in Edinburgh. The position is suitable for newly qualified (NQ) solicitors and above who have completed at least a 6-month training seat in commercial property.

As a team member, you will have excellent development prospects, enjoy responsibility, and work alongside experienced solicitors. You will handle cases including:

• Advising on various commercial issues
• Acting for buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, developers, and funders
• Portfolio acquisitions and disposals
• Freehold purchases and sales of commercial and business premises
• Development, Retail, Leisure, factory, office, and residential projects including overage agreements
• Leases and renewals for landlords and tenants
• Rent reviews
• Landlord and Tenant Law

• Relevant experience in commercial property matters

• Excellent client care skills and commercial awareness
