A prominent property management firm in Greater London is seeking a Prime Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of high-value residential properties. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring compliance with regulations, and coordinating property inspections. Ideal applicants will have at least 3 years of property management experience, particularly with Prime properties. Additional benefits include a salary of £35,000 plus bonuses, flexible working arrangements, and 27 days of annual leave.

Location: Office-based with flexibility to work from Fulham, Brook Green, Ealing or Chiswick
Working pattern: Monday-Friday (9-6pm). One day WFH post-probation

A well-established residential property business operating in theULULULPrime London market, managing high-value homes for HNW landlords. The business is known for its relationship-led approach, high service standards and strong compliance culture.
This role is responsible for the day-to-day management of a portfolio of circa 70 Prime residential properties. It is a hands‑on, client-facing position requiring confidence dealing with demanding HNW landlords, excellent organisation and strong technical property management knowledge. The successful candidate will manage their portfolio autonomously, ensuring properties are compliant, well maintained and professionally managed at all times.
