Property Manager- SW London- Mon- Fri- £28,000- £30,000

Job Title: Property Manager

Salary: £28,000- £30,000

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00- 18:00pm

My client, an independently owned Estate Agent based in South West London, are looking for a Property Manager to join a close‑knit team due to growth. You will deliver an exceptional service and uphold the business’s reputation by managing your portfolio of properties.

Duties and Responsibilities (not limited to):

  • Deal with daily maintenance including complex maintenance and urgent works in a competent, timely manner
  • Ensure the portfolio is fully up to date on compliance and Health and Safety regulations
  • Arrange inventories, check‑ins and check‑outs and conduct property inspections
  • Advise utility companies of meter readings and void period bills
  • Coordinate estimates and arrange repairs with contractors, liaising between landlords and tenants, and troubleshooting where applicable
  • Propose and negotiate deposits between landlords and tenants, and understand the rebuttal process

Must have:

  • Property Management experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Highly organised and punctual
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
  • A keen problem solver and the ability to work under pressure
  • Client‑facing experience
  • Strong administration and excellent IT skills
  • Ability to build long‑term relationships with landlords
  • Positive and encouraging attitude

Good to have but not essential:

  • ARLA qualified
