A housing association in the UK seeks a Service Charge Specialist responsible for managing service charges across its housing portfolio. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate calculations and compliance with regulations, support residents in understanding their financial obligations, and work collaboratively with various teams. Strong experience in service charge management, knowledge of relevant legislation, and excellent communication skills are essential. This hybrid role offers a competitive salary and benefits, focused on delivering high-quality housing services.
Hybrid Manchester
£32,193 per annum
Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
As a Service Charge Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing service charges across our housing portfolio. You will be responsible for ensuring that service charges are correctly calculated, communicated, and collected from residents in compliance with the relevant regulations. You will work closely with our finance, property management, and customer service teams to provide a comprehensive service to our residents.
This housing association offers a great benefits package including 28 days holiday from day one increasing to 31.
