Residential Property Solicitor (1-2 PQE)

Location: Essex | Hybrid Working | Permanent

The Role

You will manage your own varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to post-completion, supporting the Head of Property across a wide range of matters, including:

• Sales and purchases
• Freehold and leasehold transactions
• Remortgages
• Transfers of equity
• New build matters

You will be responsible for delivering a high standard of client care while maintaining strong attention to detail and effective case management.
