We support people experiencing or at risk of homelessness, providing specialist accommodation and outreach services for rough sleepers, veterans, survivors of domestic abuse, women, and young people. To support the development and delivery of dispersed accommodation for young people aged 16-25 experiencing homelessness with additional unmet needs. To work with clients to improve their quality of life and deliver excellent service in line with our mission, values, regulations, and legislation.
This role requires flexible working across dispersed services in Middlesbrough.
