A community support organization in Oxford is seeking a Support Manager to lead teams in delivering outstanding, person-centred support for individuals with learning disabilities. Responsibilities include overall leadership, team management, and building trusted relationships. The ideal candidate has a Level 4 Health & Social Care qualification and experience in regulated care settings. This role offers a full-time contract with competitive salary and benefits.
