Who You Are:
We are looking for those charismatic, high energy individuals who want to bring the “Everyday should feel this good” vibe to life on the sales floor. You’ll effectively coach, train and develop the team into being the ultimate Brand Ambassadors. With a focus on community, you’ll identify opportunities as they arise. You’ll work side by side with the management team to ensure each customer interaction is unique and perfectly tailored to their needs. This role supports store leadership in various strategic managerial tasks to successfully run one of our retail locations, leveraging your leadership skills while developing your potential.
What you’ll do:
DOR Overview: You will be asked to take on a Division of Responsibility (DOR). DORs are distinct responsibilities assigned to leaders within the store to ensure clarity around execution of work and support development. *Note – DORs will rotate.
