Electrical Site Manager | Cambridge | £50,000-£55,000 (£60 000-£65 000 potential with overtime)

Jark Cambridge have partnered up with arguably Cambridgeshire's most successful M&E firms who are searching for an Electrical Site Manager to join the business on a permanent basis. Our client is a well‑established M&E firm with a rich history working on large commercial and industrial projects, including schools, student accommodation, hospitals, universities, hotels, medical centres, warehouses, leisure centres, offices and gymnasiums.

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Site Manager who will be responsible for the performance and delivery of high quality installations, as well as develop the skills, knowledge and behaviours of other operatives and apprentices, with the continued support from the head of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing commercial and industrial projects up to £10million
  • Upskill and mentor electrical trainees, electricians and apprentices
  • Directing and navigating the site team, subcontractors and suppliers
  • Attendance of project related meetings
  • Work closely with project managers and head of projects to ensure projects are delivered within budget and on time
  • Management of project materials, equipment and deliveries
  • Oversee delivery of installations to the standards required by the technical specification and drawings provided
