A leading global investment firm is seeking a Project Coordinator to join their Strategy & Portfolio Management Team. This role involves supporting various projects, maintaining communication with stakeholders, and driving efficiency in project governance structures. Ideal candidates will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Prior experience in a project management environment is preferred.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Project Coordinator to join the Strategy & Portfolio Management Team within the CIB Central Controls Office. You will be responsible for supporting Commercial & Investment Bank Projects as part of the Project Management Office.
We are looking for a proactive, organized and results focused individual used to working in an agile environment with a willingness to learn and develop their skills. The current team work on both internal and Regulatory focused programs, attention to detail, planning and strong communication skills are critical within this fast paced role. You will be part of a small team, operating in both a challenging and rewarding environment. You will be responsible for supporting on projects from inception, creating regular reporting and maintaining SharePoint sites. This is a fantastic opportunity to enhance skills and grow with a Team.
