Overview

Civils Project Quantity Surveyor is a Permanent role with a competitive salary package, career progression opportunities and Hybrid working.

My client is a reputable regional civil engineering contractor delivering infrastructure projects such as Roads, Bridges, utilities, rail and public realm. Due to expansion they require a Project Quantity Surveyor to join the team.

Responsibilities
  • Procurement of subcontractors.
  • Prepare and submit external applications for payment.
  • Identify, price and agree changes, and value agreement of subcontractor accounts.
  • Commercial management of the projects.
Qualifications
  • BSc, NVQ4 or MSC qualification.
  • Relevant CSCS card.
  • Understanding of measurement, NEC engineering and construction contracts.
