Job summary
A leading aerospace company in Derby is looking for a Capability Lead for the Engine Overhaul Services (EOS) to effectively manage non-shop visit activities and capability projects. The role demands strong project management skills and an understanding of manufacturing processes. Applicants should be prepared to deal with high workloads in a safety-first culture. Qualifications
- Knowledge of repair & capability environment and understanding of Part 145 regulations.
- Experience in project management ideally in a manufacturing environment.
- Benefits from manufacturing, purchasing, logistics and engineering experience.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage successful planning of all Non-Shop Visit activity.
- Deliver EOS projects to cost, specification, and time.
- Act as focal point for internal stakeholders and external partners.
