We are currently recruiting for a PMO Analyst to join our established and experienced Chief Information Office team at RSA on a hybrid basis.
The PMO Analyst should have relevant experience in delivering data projects and a good understanding of the data lifecycle and data platform.
Your Role
As our PMO Analyst, you will assist with financial controls and administration, including raising purchase orders, managing invoices, and handling accruals, recharges, and cost management. You will support project and programme planning and re-planning.
You will track, monitor, identify, maintain, and challenge RAID logs. Additionally, you will support the project management team with management information, including milestone reporting, analysis, and distribution of MI.
You will ensure adherence to UK Change procedures, standards, processes, controls, and tools by taking ownership of template and format consistency.
About You
To succeed in this role, you should have experience supporting or administering PMO functions within an Agile programme and transformation projects, preferably with project and programme experience.
You should possess excellent communication skills, capable of producing high-quality documentation and selecting appropriate content, style, format, and distribution methods for your audience.
You should be able to work well both as part of a team and independently, with sound planning and organizational skills.
