3Shape UK is looking for an ambitious, high performing Part Time Marketing Coordinator – a new colleague that comes with an abundance of energy and a natural can-do approach, with focus on executing local digital activation ensuring performance on lead generating targets. You will take part in forming 3Shape’s future and help drive continued sales growth by acting as a strong commercial ally for our business units, sales teams and external reseller partners.

About the role

Your job will be to drive digital activation of local marketing initiatives ensuring stakeholder management globally and performance targets on lead generation are met. You will report on progress and performance on an ongoing basis. You will work daily with a team of dedicated and skilled colleagues within Marketing, Product management, Academy, and Sales, both in UK and globally.

Your primary responsibilities will be:

1. Driving digital activation of local marketing initiatives across channels to ensure that the lead generating and nurturing targets are met
   • Social media platforms (organic)
   • Paid digital advertising
   • Media partner advertising (online and offline)
   • Marketing Automation (emails, forms, flows, leads/customer data)
2. Preparation of marketing material (graphics, video, content) in collaboration with in-house teams and agencies.
3. Supporting the local marketing strategy covering the digital aspects.
4. Acting as a link between digital marketing teams at 3Shape's HQ and the local team.
5. Preparation and support for events and exhibitions to ensure a positive customer experience and the highest possible number of qualified leads.
6. Supporting the marketing manager with ad hoc projects and activities.

Your competencies

• You have a passion for marketing as well as a solid understanding of digital marketing including digital media, content and platforms.
• You have experience with key elements related to digital marketing such as campaign management, media planning, lead generation, data analysis, tracking and reporting or A/B testing.
• You have a good business understanding including the ability to link digital marketing to offline marketing activities, sales, business development and IT.
• You know how to translate business goals into digital activation and execution.
• You are self-driven and proactive in the way you work with a can-do attitude.
• You are data-driven and digitally savvy.
• You can work with cross-functional teams and connect with Global Marketing (HQ).
• As a person, you are highly structured and well-organized. You have a robust and determined personality, a positive attitude and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• You are flexible and comfortable within a dynamic environment where things move fast.

Your education and experience

• Preferably you bring +2 years of work experience with digital marketing activation.
• Experience working with digital tools and platforms related to Marketing Automation, SoMe, web, data on an operational and strategic level.
• Knowledge about analytics tools (Google Analytics, PowerBI) and CRM.
• University degree, college degree or equivalent.
• Fluent in Microsoft Office.

This is a part-time role – 3 days a week (24 hours in total)
