The successful Corporate Associate will be a qualified Solicitor with 1‑4 years PQE in corporate law;
- Experienced with M&A, PE and ECM work
- Comfortable drafting and negotiating transactional documents
- Strong commercial awareness, excellent legal research and communication skills
Estimated salary between £67,000 - 75,000 plus benefits and hybrid working.
