Job description

Due to ongoing expansion, our Corporate Finance and Capital Advisory Practice is now looking for an entrepreneurial individual to join their team based in our Birmingham Office.

We are seeking a Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA) to lead on a variety of corporate finance transactions, taking full responsibility for these from start to finish. You will have a minimum of 2-3 years Lead Advisory and debt and equity fundraising experience within M&A / Corporate Finance and will be looking for an opportunity to really accelerate your career within a fast‑growing specialist advisory firm in this space.

Responsibilities will include :

• This position will involve working on a wide range of corporate finance transactions including M&A deals (buyside and sellside) raising finance (both debt and private equity), MBO’s, EOT’s, shareholder restructurings and management advisory work.
• You will be fully involved in all aspects of Lead Advisory work on a broad range of transactions working with a Managing Director.
• You will actively support the Managing Director in developing and enhancing the profile and reach of the Quantuma Advisory Corporate Finance brand across Birmingham and the wider West Midlands region including meeting with connectors and businesses to promote our services.
