About the Role

Radnor is seeking an experienced and ambitious Director (Corporate Advisory & Business Development) to join our growing team. This is a senior position, suited to a professional who combines deep financial markets expertise with the ability to originate and nurture strong corporate relationships.

As a Director, you will have a dual role working with a diverse group of clients across different sectors including listed corporates, Private Equity backed companies and private companies as well as being responsible for developing new business and expanding Radnors corporate network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Day-to-day client relationship management and engagement across a selection of corporate clients;
  • Deliver new business opportunities through proactive networking and relationship management;
  • Input into marketing on a broader scale, originating ideas and opportunities to expand the brand within the industry;
  • Represent the firm at client meetings, industry events, and within your professional network to strengthen brand presence;
  • Advise clients on capital markets strategy, investor relations, corporate positioning, investor communications and many other aspects;
  • Provide senior-level insights on market dynamics, shareholder composition, investor sentiment and feedback;
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver strategic, analytical, and creative solutions to client challenges;

Support the development and mentoring of junior team members, ensuring best-in-class service delivery.

About You

You are a trusted adviser and a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of financial markets. You thrive in dynamic environments where initiative, sound judgement, strong relationships and commercial acumen drive success.

Essential Skills & Experience
  • 10 years experience in corporate advisory, investor relations, investment banking, or similar capital markets position;
  • Confident communicator with the experience and ability to engage at Senior Executive and Board level;
  • Commercial focus, with a drive to grow client relationships and revenue;
  • A strong network across the financial and corporate community, with a proven track record of business origination;
  • Deep understanding of financial statements, corporate reporting and markets;
  • An analytical and strategic mindset.
Desirable
  • Experience advising listed companies on matters pertaining to their listing;
  • Proficiency with data terminals and investor analytics tools (e.g. Factset, Bloomberg);
  • Degree in finance, economics, or a related discipline.
