Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a top-tier restructuring consulting firm, private equity, investment banking, or a transaction advisory practice.
• Strong track record of executing complex transactions and/or operational improvement projects.
• Experience in the automotive, industrials, or manufacturing sectors is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end deal process including sourcing, due diligence, financial modeling, valuation, and deal structuring.
• Partner with portfolio company management teams to track key transformation initiatives.
• Monitor and improve financial performance through KPI tracking.
