Job summary
A maritime catering company is seeking an experienced Day Cook for an offshore position mobilizing on January 22, 2026, for a two-week trip. Candidates must have the right to work in the UK and relevant industry experience, including skills in food hygiene and budget management. Northern Marine Manning Services are currently looking to recruit an experienced Day Cook on behalf of our offshore client Francois Offshore Catering.
Mobilising 22nd January 2026 for a 2 week trip.
The vessel is inside UK waters so right to work in the UK is mandatory and candidates must already have at time of CV submission.
- Relevant industry experience, including skills in a similar catering position
- Demonstrate a good working knowledge concerning food hygiene
- An understanding of operating a catering business according to strict budgetary constraints
- Excellent Cooking skills
- BOSIET, OGUK
- GWO Working at Height & Sea Survival
- COC, STCW Basic Safety Training & Security Duties
