Their continued growth and expanding pipeline have created an exciting opportunity for an experienced SeniorElectrical Project Manager to join their dynamic Newcastle team.
As a Senior Electrical Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the planning, coordination, and delivery of electrical packages across multiple new build projects. You will lead dedicated project teams, ensuring all work is delivered safely, on time, and within budget. The position requires a commercially astute professional with proven leadership skills and an exceptional track record in electrical project delivery.

The role

• Lead and manage electrical project delivery from pre-construction through to completion.

• Oversee project teams, subcontractors, and site operations to ensure effective progress.

• Manage project programs, ensuring all stages meet deadlines and contractual obligations.

• Review, manage, and negotiate contract variations with confidence and clarity.

• Maintain strong communication channels with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards, health & safety regulations, and company procedures.

• Provide accurate forecasting, reporting, and financial oversight across assigned projects.

• Drive continuous improvement and contribute to the strategic growth of the business.
