A leading manufacturing firm in Stourport-on-Severn is seeking a Planning Manager to lead its planning function. Responsibilities include developing build plans, managing production schedules, and leading a dedicated planning team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a planning role, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work within cross-functional teams. - 5+ years experience in planning or scheduling within manufacturing.
- Managed production planning across multiple areas with tight deadlines.
- Experience in cross-functional leadership structures.
Responsabilités
- Translate incoming orders into detailed build plans and schedules.
- Allocate materials and labor capacity to meet delivery targets.
- Lead and grow the planning team through training and coaching.
- Monitor plan performance and drive continuous improvements.
