A prominent UK business is seeking a qualified Finance Business Partner to manage a specific portfolio in Preston. The successful candidate will collaborate with budget holders and management on financial decisions, conduct financial planning, and supervise a Deputy Finance Business Partner. Outstanding opportunity for a CIMA, ACA, ACCA or CIPFA Qualified Finance Business Partner to join a household name, highly regarded business based in the Preston area. Working in a friendly, collaborative team of FBPs and Management Accountants – and mentored by an impressive Head of Finance – your remit will include:
Applicants must be fully CIMA or ACCA qualified with previous experience in Management Accounting, Financial Analysis and Finance Business Partnering across large business, complex multi-disciplinary environments. You'll also have a track record of forging strong relationships with a broad audience profile of finance and non-finance staff up to board level and will have previous supervisory experience (This role has 1 report). You'll also be skilled in reporting of financial information and interpreting/relaying results to both finance and non-finance managers in clear and concise way, and a format tailored to fit the audience.

A salary range of £50-58k (could be some flexibility on this) is complimented with benefits including 34 days annual leave + Bank Hols, Flexible working (minimum 3 days in the office), 10% pension and a clearly defined training and development plan. Applicants must have full and indefinite eligibility to work in the UK (through being a UK citizen or having gained ILR) and should live within a sensible commute of Preston.
