Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts through virtual meetings and proactive communication.
  • Drive adoption of the ResMed respiratory portfolio, identifying new opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Provide product and technical information, prepare quotes, and facilitate training and educational programs.
  • Act as primary contact for operational and tactical issues, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Work closely with Commercial Managers, Clinical teams, and Territory Business Managers to execute team-driven objectives.
  • Monitor sales trends, evaluate changes in the business environment, and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Document all activities in Salesforce to ensure accurate reporting and planning.

Job Description

As an Inside Sales Account Manager, you'll be the trusted partner for healthcare providers, ensuring they have the tools, knowledge, and support to deliver exceptional care. You'll combine relationship-building with strategic sales execution to grow market share and strengthen partnerships.

This is a hybrid role, with your time split between the office in South Oxfordshire, and home (unless you want to be in the office full time).
