A charitable organisation in Harrogate is seeking a Payroll Officer to join their People Operations team on a part-time, hybrid basis. This role involves accurate payroll processing, administration of benefits, and ensuring compliance with statutory obligations. We are looking for a Payroll Officer to join our People Operations team on a part-time, hybrid basis. Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of payroll for Oakdale staff across all locations. As part of the People Operations team, you will support the smooth running of payroll services, ensure compliance with statutory obligations, and provide excellent service to colleagues.
This is a hands-on role that suits someone detail-oriented, organised, and keen to develop their payroll expertise while contributing to a people-focused organisation. Flexible working patterns will be considered to suit the right candidate.
