Search Consultancy is delighted to be recruiting a Part‑Time Payroll Administrator to join our Hospitality team based in Crawley. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or develop a career in payroll and administration, or for someone looking to move from the hospitality industry. Full training is provided, and no prior payroll experience is required.

In this role, you will provide dedicated payroll support to the consultants within your team. This is a focused position where your sole responsibility will be managing payroll administration, ensuring accuracy and providing a first‑class internal service.

We are looking for someone to work 20 hours across Monday to Wednesday. While there is some flexibility on start and finish times, the hours will need to fall within our core office working hours.
