Salary : 33000 per annum

Working Hours : 9 : 00am 5 : 00pm with a 30-minute lunch break (Core hours : 10 : 00am 3 : 30pm)

Location : Cannock Town Centre (Office-Based) Parking Pass Provided

Contract Type : Full Time Permanent

We're working with a well‑established accountancy practice who are seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to join their friendly close‑knit team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous practice experience who enjoys managing a busy and varied payroll portfolio.

As a Payroll Administrator you’ll be responsible for processing payroll for approximately 130 client companies ensuring accuracy and compliance at all times. You’ll work within a small team delivering a professional and efficient service to a diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing end-to-end payroll for multiple clients within the practice
  • Ensuring accuracy in calculations deductions and statutory payments
  • Handling auto‑enrolment pensions and HMRC submissions
  • Responding to client queries and providing excellent customer service
  • Maintaining up-to‑date knowledge of payroll legislation and compliance
