- Oversee payroll delivery across UK and multiple international locations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Act as the primary contact for the outsourced payroll provider, managing performance, queries, SLAs and escalations.
- Ensure strong governance, robust controls and alignment with internal policies.
- Support reporting and audit processes, ensuring data accuracy and high-quality documentation.
- Partner closely with HR, Finance and stakeholders across regions to ensure smooth payroll operations.
- Monitor legislative changes and drive process improvements with the vendor.
- Strong experience in payroll, ideally including international and outsourced payroll models.
- Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills.
- Strong numeracy and advanced Excel capability.
- Knowledge of compliance, governance and payroll controls.
