✨ Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee payroll delivery across UK and multiple international locations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Act as the primary contact for the outsourced payroll provider, managing performance, queries, SLAs and escalations.
  • Ensure strong governance, robust controls and alignment with internal policies.
  • Support reporting and audit processes, ensuring data accuracy and high-quality documentation.
  • Partner closely with HR, Finance and stakeholders across regions to ensure smooth payroll operations.
  • Monitor legislative changes and drive process improvements with the vendor.
🌟 Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Strong experience in payroll, ideally including international and outsourced payroll models.
  • Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills.
  • Strong numeracy and advanced Excel capability.
  • Knowledge of compliance, governance and payroll controls.
