Job summary
A leading technology consultancy is seeking a Platform Engineer to support a major Multi-Cloud Business Continuity Planning initiative. The role focuses on enhancing and deploying an enterprise backup solution across AWS, Azure, and hybrid environments, transitioning from NetBackup to Commvault. Ideal candidates will have strong experience with Commvault, automation skills in PowerShell, and a deep knowledge of AWS services. This position is flexible as it allows for remote work.
Qualifications
- Strong experience with Commvault and/or NetBackup.
- Proficient in PowerShell; some Python experience.
- Deep knowledge of AWS services and hybrid cloud environments.
Responsibilities
- Support the design and deployment of a Multi-Cloud BCP backup solution.
- Replace NetBackup with Commvault across the enterprise.
- Collaborate with various teams to gather backup requirements.
