Our client, who offers bespoke trust services, are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Senior Support Officer to join their team in a part-time capacity.
This role plays a crucial role in ensuring that client action points, often arising from compliance reviews, are promptly addressed and completed.
- Ensure that client action points from compliance reviews are promptly addressed and completed.
- Work behind the scenes to ensure client files are up-to-date, compliant, and properly managed.
- Update due diligence documentation, complete file reviews, and resolve other client-related matters.
- Some knowledge of fiduciary services; experience in compliance or fiduciary administration, or within a regulated environment.
- Organised, enjoys a structured environment, and thrives in a role where precision and collaboration are key; no direct client interaction.
