Job summary
A well-regarded UK law firm is seeking a Housing Management & Property Litigation Solicitor with 5+ years PQE to manage a diverse caseload. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical and case management skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. This role offers the chance to specialize in a continuously developing area of law and foster client relationships within a growing team.
Qualifications
- 5+ years PQE in Housing Management or Property Litigation.
- Experience in managing own caseload effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Manage own caseload of housing litigation cases.
- Handle injunctions, possession claims, and disrepair issues.
- Provide policy advice on non-contentious matters.

They are looking to recruit a Housing Management & Property Litigation Solicitor 5pqe+ to manage their own caseload which will comprise a mixture of housing litigation including injunctions, possession claims, disrepair and non-contentious matters such as policy advice.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing successful team and specialise in an area of law that is continuously developing and they would expect the successful candidate to have some experience in housing management/litigation.
The successful candidate will display strong technical ability and case management skills, will enjoy working as part of a team and, commensurate with their experience able to work independently and be able to demonstrate a flair for nurturing client relationships along with enthusiasm, drive, and a commercial approach.
