Job summary

A progressive recruitment firm in Salisbury is seeking a Conveyancing Paralegal on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have previous residential conveyancing experience and be a confident communicator. Responsibilities include working with Fee Earners on property sales and purchases, drafting contracts, and dealing with Land Registry. This full-time role offers a competitive salary, comprehensive training, and 25 days of holiday plus bank holidays.

Qualifications

  • Previous Residential Conveyancing experience is essential.
  • A confident communicator at all levels, both verbal and written.
  • Able to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Previous exposure to case management systems and online SDLT submissions.
  • Excellent organisational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Working with Fee Earners on freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, and mortgages.
  • Compiling and sending out draft contract papers.
  • Drafting AP1's and TR1's.
  • Requesting searches and dealing with Land Registry and SDLT.
  • Chasing outstanding enquiries and sending requisition statements.
