• At least 1+ year of experience in a residential conveyancing department.
• Confidence in dealing with sale and purchase transactions for freehold property.
• Ideally possess a full UK driving licence and own a car.

Responsibilities

• Manage a sale and purchase caseload under lawyer direction.
• Review Contract Packs and raise legal enquiries.
• Prepare and approve legal documents under supervision.
• Conduct client meetings and update clients throughout the process.
