THE COMPANY

Our client is a UK and international organisation.

THE ROLE

A Commercial Paralegal is sought to join a busy in house Legal Team.

THE CANDIDATE

The successful candidate will have strong academics and have already completed the LPC.

They will also need to have commercial contracts experience, gained in house or with a law firm.

As a member of the Legal Team you will provide legal advice and assistance across various international regions in which the group operates.

You will be responsible for reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts, providing international compliance advice, and assisting with commercial litigation.

The successful candidate will be a key point of contact for persons across the business looking for support and assistance from the busy in-house legal team.

This would suit someone recently graduated with some work experience either during their degree or just after they have finished, and keen to start a training contract upon passing probation and meeting the criteria.
