Responsibilities include working with Fee Earners on property sales and purchases, drafting contracts, and dealing with Land Registry. Qualifications

• Previous Residential Conveyancing experience is essential.
• A confident communicator at all levels, both verbal and written.
• Able to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines.
• Previous exposure to case management systems and online SDLT submissions.
• Excellent organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Working with Fee Earners on freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, and mortgages.
• Compiling and sending out draft contract papers.
• Drafting AP1's and TR1's.
• Requesting searches and dealing with Land Registry and SDLT.
• Chasing outstanding enquiries and sending requisition statements.
