Opportunity: Legal Secretary (Family)

Location: Frome

Salary: Up to £32,000 (DOE)

This is what you will be doing:

As a Legal Secretary, you will play a crucial role in supporting the fee earners with their workload of Family matters.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Preparing legal documents and correspondence with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Managing diaries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining organised filing systems.
• Audio typing legal documents and ensuring timely completion.
• Communicating professionally with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
• Handling incoming calls, emails, and general administrative duties to support the team.

The experience you will bring to the team:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Proven experience as an Administrator / Secretary, ideally within Family Law.
• Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
• A proactive and adaptable approach to supporting a fast-paced team.
